Shipping policy

Unless otherwise agreed, ComfortClothing only ship within the Republic of Ireland. If you would like to place an order to be shipped to another territory or jurisdiction, please contact us at admin@comfortclothing.ie.

Normally, all orders of products made via the ComfortClothing store will be shipped to you within three (3) working days of your order, subject to availability. In some cases, products may be “pre-ordered”, which means that you may order them before they are available for shipping within the normal timeframe. In such cases, we will either specify when the product will be shipped or will ship the product as soon as it becomes available for shipping.

Unless otherwise specified, shipping charges will be added to the total cost of your purchase and itemized when you proceed to check out. Shipping is usually €6 - that covers up to a 10KG package. If you are collecting your purchase from any of our facilities, no shipping charges will apply.

In case of any returns, the products should be returned to our address ComfortClothing, Coolbeggan, Tallow, Co. Waterford, P51 TD 85, Ireland. Although we do not cover the cost of the return shipping labels, if we must replace an item, we cover that cost.
